How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, select your product, choose any options (if applicable), and click Add to Cart. Then proceed to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping and payment information.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us within 12–24 hours of placing your order at support at l.d.martinez713@gmail.com. After this window, we may not be able to modify the order.


Are your products safe for pets?

Yes. We carefully select all products with your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being in mind. Each item is reviewed for quality before being added to our store.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the product, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Why does my order sometimes ship in separate packages?

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping cost for all items is $3. However, orders over $50 include free shipping. Shipping rates are shown at checkout, and are not included into the product cost.
